Blaze Pizza

This place is great if you like to build your own pizza and jot wait too long for it. The fire brick oven cooks very fast, and the staff is friendly. Great place for family dining.

Normally, this place is amazing. The ingredients are top shelf and the flavors are incredible. My most recent visit was less than stellar, but only due to attitude of staffers that I hadn't seen before.

Very good. You can watch your pizza being made and tell them exactly what you want. Good thin crust. Also try the Dough-Knots, which are pizza crust with pesto and cheese. Everyone loved them!

Build your own pizza! Everyone can be happy! Staff is usually very patient and friendly. Gluten free crust available. Non-traditional soda and juice options are refreshing! Outdoor seating when weather permits. Only downside is that the line to order can get very very long since each pizza is custom. Order ahead online to skip the wait.

Blaze pizza would have a good thing going here, the food is fresh with great flavor, the location is okay and inside of the restaurant is relatively clean and modern. The issue is the staff. They seem to be more interested in chatting amongst themselves and catching up on gosip then giving good customer service. I noticed a lack of smiling faces and most of them seemed like they'd rather be somewhere else like helping customers was a bother. Once leadership at that location addresses the issue, it will be a great place to eat, instead of just okay.

I just want to add that after some time, management has addressed the issues with staff and I see all new faces in there. And they are very helpful, friendly and enthusiastic about their work. The food is as good as it ever was. I'd say that takes care of it, this is now 5 stars!
