“I will give you 5 stars because my service was perfect today. My first time in, her name she said was Kate (or Kathy?) check said Kathleen B. Very professional, upbeat, and really hustling around while the other girls were standing behind the counter chatting and playing. I think my waitress was the only one hustling around doing anything. I had a very tasty breakfast, it came out fast! Lots of coffee refills. I looked for a manager to compliment my food and service, but did not see one, but I didn't ask for one either. I just moved here from Alma, I am sure I will be back often for Katie's great service, and would like to try more items from the menu. Ladies room was clean as well! I like to see that!”

“I think I've tried every bbq joint in Lansing, and these guys have the best ribs. Fall off the bone tender, lightly spiced, with a huge variety of good sauces to choose from. “This place has turned around for the better. Their staff is always friendly and very helpful either on the phone or dine in eating. Price are around what you'd expect for a pizza place. Good selection, good crust, garlic knots are fantastic. The couple times I dined in they were visibly short staffed (one person doing multiple jobs and manager conducting interviews). Which was understandable that the service was a bit slower than usual, however the food was very fresh and the waitress was awesome.”

Menu is mainly burgers but extensive with other options like fried chicken. Food was exceptional, I ordered the veggie burger and I recommend it to other veggie burger fans. Will return.”

“I really like this chain. They have great burgers most of the time. For some reason though, they have more than a few times decided not to include cheese on my burgers. I prefer cheese on my burgers. So after the first time they played me I made it clear that my burgers require cheese on them. But I am still cheeseless. I am not sure if they are just giving me the business or are not paying attention, who knows. They are happy to rectify the situation every time though. Great burgers, and shakes.”
