It's a McDonald's. You know exactly what you're going to get from it in the end.
We come to this location mostly for quick desserts for the kids, since I tend to prefer the competition more. All of those experiences have been good. Even the one when we were served by someone being trained. Sure, I learned that they just started charging for soft serve cones -- but nickel and diming the customer isn't a new policy in the slightest. (I remember being charged per extra cup of dipping sauce as a kid.)
I'd like to make an aside here: I don't like the rebranding. I understand McDonald's is trying to appeal more to adults who spend unnecessary amounts on drinks at coffee shops and cafes while they stare at their screens, but the grays and browns look drab. They look inviting to adults who don't want to be distracted by playful colors or be caught in an establishment that caters to children, but they're also boring and betray the bright red and yellow logo outside of the building. I work in an office environment, and we literally have two more colors than McDonald's. Why should the restaurant I go to with my family look less fun than my own work?
My latest experience here was for lunch because one of the kids chose the place. We had an awkward person on the register. I placed the happy meal order, then tried to state my own combo. He interrupted, abruptly and loudly, "YOU STILL HAVEN'T TOLD ME THE SIDE OR DRINK FOR THE HAPPY MEAL." No excuse me. No sir. It kind of lives up to the stereotypes we have for fast food places. Fortunately, no other cashier I've had there has been like that. This was a one-off, and it was fine. He forgot the dipping sauce for my kid, though. Fortunately, I didn't get charged for it.
Customer service is always good every time I come here
Store is clean and service was fast considering it was middle of dinner rush. My food was hot and neat on the tray. I love that they bring the food out out to your table.
Went for breakfast it was what you should expect from a fast food joint. I was impressed with the order kiosk. Simple and easy to use. My vision impaired son had no trouble using it.
