Just had a fantastic salmon buerre blanc, cooked to perfection and paired with a great Michigan pinot grigio from Traverse City.

You must experience The Bistro. The chefs are amazing!

Chef Ann, thanks for the wonderful lunch today on the Bistro patio. Had your Tomato Bisque and Strawberry Bruschetta...fabulous!!!! I encourage residents of Williamston and all surrounding areas to stop in and be amazed at the fresh, farm to fork food!!! I'll be back. Say hi to Jack and LuLu!!!

Swanky little dive, great staff, Moscow mule was handcrafted unlike the norm. Decor was great local photography and art. Will be back to try the dinner menu

When you find a small town gem like this, you feel like you're playing with house money. Love the decor. Menu is small, but certainly adequate, and has some creativity in their dishes. If the Bistro were in a larger metro area with more competition, it would still flourish.
