Older hotel but but wonderful staff made our stay perfect for us. We were bringing cakes to a wedding and they let us put our cakes in the fridge and then lent is some pans to carry them easier. They were nothing but friendly and helpful all around. The beds were comfortable and the rooms nice.

The course is moderately difficult but not so that it is not enjoyable. The key is to play from the appropriate tees for your skill level and age. The greens and fairways are in nice shape.

Now named something like Watertower Grille. They have flame grilled meats and even better, smoked meats. I had smoked brisket, some of the best. My wife had smoked chicken and my granddaughter had a flame grilled burger. There are a variety of sauces, all good. A large variety of sides, all prepared to perfection. The fresh deep fried cheese nuggets by themselves were worth the trip. The dining room overlooks a beautiful golf course. We were also entertained by a wedding party being transported by golf carts. Our dinner for three was under $60. The waitstaff did great caring for us. Tuxedos to jeans for dress.

Went for Fathers day brunch today. The whole dining experience was at best "fair". The most positive aspect of our visit was our waitress. She did her best. Our reservations were first 11am and after being seated at 1130...the buffet wasnt quite ready. We were seated outside and it was 50 degrees. Was told they didn't have gas for the visible patio heaters...the setup for food kinda crowded. Was really wanting this to be a better experience as we have not been there since it had been renovated. I guess that I was just hoping for more. Was at best mediocre. The food was fair??

Great golf course. Away from it all but easy to get to. Enjoyed some decent fish and chips after 18. Good beer deals at happy hour. But be aware, pints of craft beer is the same cost as domestic lights
They dont advise you. Also two pints are a better deal than one tall.
