Lucky Cafe Chinese Restaurant

Have been eating here every time we get back to Jackson since it was bought by the Chinese family, it is now being run by the grandchildren, food equals to NY, SF, Chi, or any large city, not completely "Americanized"! Good food, huge servings, excellent service, delivery, I travel a lot and it is one of the best I've found.

Ordered a dish that was stir fried with alot of cabbage and for some reason it tasted moldy... That was hard to swallow. Nice people, but I would definitely get the food inspectors to go in and check the food storage. Needless to say, I never went back.

The BEST chinese in all of Jackson! Beautiful staff with wonderful attitudes! Love it here!

Great food. Great prices. I usually get the dinner portion even if it is lunch time because theres always leftovers for 2 more meals! $10 for 3 meals? Cant beat it. Service is great. Our server always remembers our orders 9/10 times even if its been months since I had been there. (the 1/10 is when I get something different ????) Love this place. Been coming for years!

Good Chinese food and quick service. It's always hot and fresh. It's one of family's favorite places for Chinese food in the area, however the customer service is lacking. I had the unfortunate experience of ordering something a special way, the same way I would order at other local Chinese food restaurants without issue. The order was wrong. I complained, nicely, and I'm not sure if it was a language barrier issue or not, but the owner told me in exact words, "You order wrong". Excuse me? How did I order wrong? I know what I ordered. Nothing was done to fix it. I went without that evening as a result. I only go back because my family likes the food, but I will now only order items that don't require them to remove an item(s) from the recipe. What they did not understand is I always order it that way due to a health issue/food allergies. Every other place gets it right. Plus my family heard me place my order that night. I did not order wrong - they got it wrong!
