Outback Steakhouse

Came here with my family the other day. Our server was amazing, wish I could remember her name to give her credit, but she was very attentive to our table and very genuine without being a bother. My mom was very upset with her steak, she didnt even wanna eat it, it was dry, and chewy...however the manager was nice enough to take it off our bill and apologize. The rest of our food was pretty good. ????

I feel like this is one of those restaurants near the highway you should leave to people who are passing through town, you know? The food is not bad, but it's hardly the best Jackson has to offer. A bit pricey for the quality. The service both times I've been here has been a little slow even though the restaurant was empty just before noon. Overall not a bad place, but when they line out the door for dinner I just don't get it.

The food and service was awesome! I went on a Friday evening. There was about a 15 minute wait, but they have a decent size waiting area so it was very comfortable. The food came really fast and was absolutely amazing! The waitress kept our drinks filled and made sure we were happy. I will definitely be returning here!
