Toñitos Market and Taqueria

I really like this locally owned restaurant. Always good food with fair prices and a friendly staff. If you like hot sauce, they make the best. Not just hot but very flavorful. You have to ask for it and it's worth it.

I worked in the Little Village Chicago neighborhood for 5 years before moving to Chelsea. I realize now how spoiled I got with all the amazing Mexican food options. Tonito’s brings me back to Little Village like nowhere else I’ve found in Michigan. I make it a point to stop there every chance I get.

Nice and quiet Mexican restaurant in Jackson. The only place that serves lengua in town I believe. They run out quick, but if you can get some; it is a food that's well worth the hunt. Staff are quick to get you settled in with chips and salsa. Very good salsa I would also say. It's has a cozy feel to it because it isn't a huge dining area. Great for small talk and good food.
