Love Love real BBQ. Being from California and had readily available BBQ. This is the REAL deal!!! True BBQ will stand on its own, no sauce required!! And West Texas BBQ does just that. Both my husband and I are true fans and will continue to return for more delicious BBQ.

Drove an hour to get here and it was well worth it!!!! Pulled Pork by itself was amazing...but add the mild sauce and it sends it to a whole nother level... Brisket...Amazing...Greens....Amazing and possibly THE BEST BAKED BEANS I'VE EVER HAD IN MY LIFE!!! Well worth the drive from South Lyon to Jackson for this...Have not had BBQ like this since my days in S.W Virgina & Norther NC...just great straightforward BBQ

Great food made by great people. Very kind. Would tell anyone to visit this place who is looking for barbecue food. Literally the best I have ever tasted.

I've had barbecue from all over the country, including Texas. This is good but not the best in my opinion. It's probably about the best you will get locally with the feeling of a barbecue place down south though. The counter service is friendly and usually fast. The food is fresh and hot and the portions are decently sized. We order carryout and someone will go pick it up and it's ready and everything is always in the bag when we get it.
