Very good cuisine. Good service. Nice variety on their lunch menu and a great bang for your buck. Spice levels are good, but as with anything new, use your best judgement. Will be back when in the area!

One of my favorite Thai places in Michigan. I love their Pad Ped (hot) and to wash it down a tall Thai ice tea. The service is always good and the food incredible.

I usually love Bangkok Flavor - it is one of our favorite places to go for a fresh and special meal. However, after putting in a big to go order for a gathering, we realized we were missing the chicken satay from the order when we arrived home. I had to call the restaurant to let them know, and they gave me an option: either take a credit or come pick it up. Since it was for a company meal, we opted to pick it up. By the time we had it, our meal was over...and the chicken was DRY. I called later to let them know, but they said since we picked it up, they would not give a credit for them. So not only did we make a separate trip for something they forgot, when it was not good, we didn't get compensated. We will be rethinking our new favorite place...

Of the limited thai food options in SW Michigan Bangkok Flavor is probably the best. The food was fresh and cooked to order. "Thai Spicy" is just a lot of extra pepper flakes so I would not recommend but "white person spicy" was balanced for flavor and chili content. Food tends to be sweeter than necessary.
