    My favorite Starbucks in the Kalamazoo area. Staff is always friendly and my drink is always correct, even with my various customization. Also seems to be much quicker than other stores around.

    This is my favorite Starbucks ? customer service is consistently good. I visited this Starbucks last week and I discovered that I didn’t have my wallet . The sales clerk gave me my coffee for free . Which was so nice of him !? One more reason why this is my favorite place to get coffee?
