    Best Taco Bell in Kalamazoo! The food is always correct, and the staff is super friendly!

    This location is hit or miss. I've gotten my food hooked up and all been correct and I've also gotten what seemed like a tablespoon of meat and cheese on a taco shell with a few items missing. All in all I can't be mad it's just cheap knockoff Mexican food you get at 3am.

    Fast & friendly service, orders are hardly ever wrong or missing any items (they have always accommodated me if and when my order was wrong in anyway, even if I was no longer on their premises! All you have to do is call them ask for the manager and explain the mistake), they're open very late (though I wish the inside was open a bit longer), and the food is always fresh!

    Staff was friendly. Restaurant eating area recently renovated giving it a modern feel. Bathrooms could use some updates. Food quality good as Taco Bell gets. Still wish they served Coke instead of Pepsi. Restaurant was clean and plenty of parking.
