But when you tell someone to wait in the back for a large order that is anticipated to take 20 minutes, the customer shouldn’t have to call the location 40 minutes after being told to wait in the back. And if that happens the response shouldn’t be “We thought you left and hadn’t come back yet.” Don’t know too many people that are going to drive around for 40 minutes waiting for $60 worth of coffee.
But here’s the thing - it’s not a walk in location. So you know the person is gonna be waiting in the back. Check to see.
Probably just a bad start to the day for both of us. Will still rate 4 stars because you guys and gals rock. But come on.
