The manager is awesome there spend a couple times that I got charged twice but I just had to tell them and they fixed it meaning they gave me the drink since I already paid for it the day before
I stopped by 2 days in a row and had wildly different experiences.
Monday, August 3rd around 6:30am, there was a gentleman working the drive-through that was extremely respectful, clear and thorough throughout the entire experience. I ordered a bagel belt meal with a large iced coffee and it was timely and just as I had ordered.
Tuesday, August 4th around 6:30am, there was a young lady working the drive-through. I ordered the exact same thing as the morning before. At the window, she attempted to hand me a hot coffee, so I gently reminded her that I ordered an iced coffee. She apologized politely, but then, I believe, just poured it into a plastic cup with ice because when the iced coffee was handed to me, it was warm and watered down. Additionally, the bagel belt had no tomato or lettuce on it.
I love Tim Hortons, but just goes to show how a simple morning interaction can make or break your interpretation of the business if that’s your first or only time.
