Quality food with friendly service. Loved the Walleye. Reasonable wait...well worth it.

Flavor combinations were spot on but the risotto was undercooked. Protein cooked perfectly.
Jacob (bartender) was the bomb!
Very polite.
The “very drunk person in a cat sweater” took away from the ambiance but once she left it went back to cool.

The location of this restaurant is great, located on the shores of Bostwick Lake. The water can be seen from anywhere.
Outdoor seasonal seating and 4 seasons room are also wonderful features.
Truly the downside here is the menu. The menu lacks traditional meals at affordable prices. It features local as well as seasonal fare but sadly this creates a menu with higher prices than other dining options. Whole I love to keep my money local and I love the idea of locally fresh ingerdients. However, a selling point these places like to use is cutting out the middle man. By cutting out the middle man the ingredient cost should be lower yet it fails to deliver. Secondly, a feature I feel is greatly unfair is that if you suffer from a condition requiring "gluten free" ingredients in many of their menu items, you are PENALIZED by being forced to pay an additional 3.50 or 4.50 in addition to the already higher than average price on the menu.

So. Great for special occasion but Not for regular dining out. Limited menu choices, over priced and smaller than average portions making it an even lesser value. Not Recommended over other places. Your money is better spent elsewhere...

Location is amazing! Food was pretty decent and do have some homemade sauces that were excellent. Fish and chips portion size was small but had excellent flavor. The Burger I had was slightly bland but with quality ingredients. Good service!
