If very average, overpriced sandwiches are your thing, you may like this place. We stopped on Saturday afternoon 3/7/2020 and it was busy so I will give them the benefit of the doubt for the napkin containers being empty and the soda dispenser area being trashed but there were other problems. My wife ordered the tuna sandwich and there was very little tuna actually inside the bread - it was all over the outside of the bun and she had to re-assemble the sandwich in order to eat it. In hindsight, we should have taken a picture of it to show that the cheese and lettuce were placed in the bread and then the tuna on top, resulting in it being a mess. Also, when trying to dispense Dr Pepper, the liquid got all over my hand since there seemed to be a malfunction with the machine. Going forward, I will find other alternatives when in the area and needing a quick bite.
Soooo good!
The capastrami and cheesesteak are my favorite sandwiches here, the salads are delicious as well, can't get enough of capriottis, glad to have one here finally!
Very excited to see that Capriotti's has opened in Grand Rapids. I have enjoyed its sandwiches while on business in Las Vegas many times and wondered how to get in touch with the company to recommend an expansion to Grand Rapids. Congrats to Ann and Trever, 2nd Chance Development! I will be your unofficial West Michigan ambassador!
We ordered online for our company lunch. We had a great experience and the food is amazing. We will definitely be ordering again!
I visited this new sandwich shop on Sunday afternoon with my family and it was a pleasant surprise. We were warmly greeted by the owner and staff as soon as we walked in. I had the cheesesteak which was delicious. I would definitely get this again. My wife had the Bobbie. I think next time I would try either the capastrami or the slaw be jo.
My only question is could you get the Bobbie as a hot sandwich? I think that would take it to the next level. I will be back for sure.
