Extremely busy during the mornings. Had to wait 15 minutes but that's understandable. Waiters were polite and efficient. Had the best pancakes of my life (hope my wife doesn't read this)
We ended up going to IHOP , as it was getting a little late. I was more than pleasantly surprised with the welcome, the staff and the food. We all enjoyed it. Everything was very good.
This is pretty much our default breakfast joint. It is a chain, so I don't think the food is as good as some local non-chain restaurants. Still it's a relatively cheap place for the amount of food and I don't think we have ever had bad service. No complaints from and time we've been there.
Sunday brunch hours get really busy though, so that's not the best time to go.
My six year old daughter and I came here for dinner this past Saturday and our experience was very nice. Our server, Shay, was friendly and offered to substitute strawberries for the usual cherries on the funny face pancake that my daughter ordered. Shay was also nice enough to give the bill and receipt to my daughter after my daughter insisted that she “pay for dinner “. After we left, we realized that we had forgotten my daughter’s blanket at the restaurant and went back. The manager (unfortunately I didn’t get a name or they would be mentioned too) and Shay found the blanket and put it aside for us. We had a great experience here and will definitely come back again.
