“The steamed dumplings were really nice. We also ordered the spare ribs and the brisket. The spare ribs had a delicious sauce and were a decent portion for the price. My only complaint was the brisket. The price of the brisket was a little outrageous compared to the portion size. I understand Emonae wouldn't want to include the brisk on the all you can eat menu, but they should consider giving more than 12 thin slices or reduce the price from $18. The service was very prompt and hospitable.”

The service is very fast and it's always fresh. I love the cheese curds there. The one issue is the price. You can easily spend $15 per person. Assuming you get ice cream and a full meal. But either way, I'd definitely recommend it if you can make it out.”

“Bagger Dave's has been here for several years now but I'd heard that their burgers were ridiculously expensive so I hadn't gone there. Yesterday, on a whim, my husband and his mother and myself went to check it out. The atmosphere was interesting: there was a toy train on a track that ran over our heads and black and white historical photos of Grand Rapids. Although everything was very open and spacious, there wasn't the terribly harsh acoustics that one often experiences in set ups like this. HUGE positive marks for that! The menu has a lot to choose from - interesting burger creations or create your own, as well as sandwiches, salads and more. The soft drinks that were michigan made were quite yummy if not The Best I've ever had. The twisted Mac and cheese was awesome! Excellent blend of different cheeses and piping hot. In sum, I'd definitely go again!”

“Jimmy John’s is my daughters favorite restaurant and so subsequently she wanted Jimmy John’s for her birthday meal. My wife ordered Jimmy John’s from the drive-through however when we got home the bread was stale to the point where my daughters couldn’t bite into it. I promptly returned to get new subs for my family. The manager kindly obliged and made it right, remaking the subs for my little daughters. The workers were helpful and friendly. It goes a long way to help the customer like that. Jimmy John’s will continue to be our go-to spot on “errand night” and on my daughter’s birthday. Thank you Jimmy John’s!”

If they want the customers to clean up after themselves, they should switch to disposable platters instead of having one stand in the corner of the restaurant with a bus tub and small trash can. It's just not set up right to be convenient. And I bet they go through a ton of silverware. The food itself was good. My wife didn't like her meal at all which they replaced for free per their guarantee. Everyone was friendly and courteous. The searing is a bit cramped, but Overall it was a good experience!”

It's honestly unlike most mcdonald's I go to. Usually I don't like the kiosks because no one is there to help but there a woman every morning offering to help everyone and anyone to learn how to use it, or Help them with their order at the register. That is true customer service.”
