Wendy's

Just picked up my dinner at this Wendy's. I chose to place my order inside (there were no other customers inside). The young lady who took my order was polite (although needed to converse with a fellow employee some of the time I was there) and may have not been familiar with the procedure to follow when a customer inside is placing a to-go order. There were no napkins in the bags of my food, no ketchup and no spoons for the chili or Frosties. I am assuming I was supposed to visit the *things* area and load my bags with these items, which I did not do. The food was ok. The chicken sandwich was very good. I will take my husband's advice and order at the drive-through next time. That may be a smooth experience.

One of the best Wendy's Restaurants I have ever been to. The employees could have been more friendly and approachable, but the food was excellent. Fresh and hot. Unlike McDonald's or burger king.

Had their chili. Very good! However Service that night was pretty bad. The line was all the way back to the door. Only one girl working the counter. The napkins were out, and had to beg the clerk to go back and get some. We asked her to please get some we are willing to wait for them as my friends had burgers that would definitely need some napkins. She did get them, but walked slower than slow to come back to the counter.

Good inexpensive menu for senior citizens. We can our order off the children's menu. That's a real benefit.

I was very impressed! My food was ready by the time I got my receipt, even during a busy dinner. Everything was fresh and tasted good, and the restaurant was very clean. Overall really excellent visit!
