This place changed my life. I am so thankful that I found this place. I have been able to achieve new levels in my life I didn't even know I was capable of. The whole staff and team is incredible and could not be more helpful. The step by step guidance is so helpful and really shows how far you could go. The big C is highly recommend for a trainer!

My experience at Body by Choice Training has been great! I injured my knee last year during the beginning of the pandemic and had the toughest time getting back into a workout routine. I was lucky enough to have support from the wonderful staff and Personal Trainer Courtney! Courtney has helped me transform my left leg into a working leg and is still helping me reach my workout / body goals! She is a great supporter and pushes you to do your best.
My first few months at BBC with Trent have been overwhelmingly positive and transformative. I had never been to the gym in my life, so embarking on this journey to better personal health could have felt intimidating, but Trent and the whole BBC team made me feel at home from day one. I’ve always been able to ask any trainer any question without feeling embarrassed.
The results speak for themselves. In just over two months, I’ve put on five pounds of muscle, and I can see a huge difference in the mirror. Trent’s programs are at once accessible and challenging, and he always pushes me to achieve my fullest potential. Tiffny has encouraged me to make changes to my diet in gradual, sustainable ways that I’ve implemented with ease and efficacy. I cannot recommend this gym enough!
I finished my first 12-week program at BBCT. Carter has been my trainer and he is terrific. He's helped me reach and go beyond my personal goals and is very supportive and informational throughout the training sessions.
