We had the best server ever! His name is Quincy. He was very friendly, attentive, polite, and treated us so wonderful! He made us feel very pleased! Ashley was another server and was very nice to us as well. Best experience that we have ever had! We will definitely be going back!

There are only a handful of times that I have been so blown away by service that I have felt the need to go online and say what an amazing employee they have. Tonight my husband and I dined in at the Grand Rapids 28th street location and our server was Quincey. His personality and general attitude was great and the service he provided was absolutely top notch! At the end we told him how awesome he did to find out it was his first day on the floor by himself! We could not believe it! Quincey was phenomenal and definitely made us want to come back and request him!

Buffalo Wild Wings is a great place to go if you want to relax and watch the big game on one of their many TVs. I would especially recommend going on Thursdays if boneless wings are your thing, as that is when this location has them on sale. When I went they had a combo burger and fries for $5. The burger was quite large and included two patties that were cooked perfectly. I believe this burger deal is over now though, so check their website before relying on this review for prices.

Good table service. Seating was great. Offer cold soda drinks or ice tea for me. Small talk from the visitors. T.V.'s on with all kinds of games on them. A great view from anywhere you sit down. The meals were quick and hot. Lots of great smiles seen. A good place to bring a best friend to.

Let me begin by saying our server was phenomenal! I wish I could remember her name. She handled a bad situation like a pro. Listen, I am not a complainer when it comes to restaurants. But when I look on the menu and I see a photograph of a burger that is loaded with chicken tenders I think I'm going to receive something reasonable along those lines. When another member of the waitstaff brought out my plate I had to laugh! I had one medium sized chicken tender and one little skimpy chicken tender on top of my burger. Definitely did not even come close to representing what I ordered. She brought it back to the kitchen and then it came back with an additional chicken tender that was cut in half. Not impressed with the food. The server was great. The atmosphere was a little loud but it was a cool place to hang out after work for a bit. Hope the kitchen starts looking at what the menu items should look like because what I received tonight was it complete joke!
