Chick-fil-A

The service is excellent to say the least. I ordered a five piece chick’n’tender and they gave me nuggets on accident. I went back up to the counter and spoke with Andrew. He sincerely apologized and told me I could keep the nuggets and said they would make the chicken tenders for us. The chicken tenders came out quickly and Andrew personally brought them out to us and was extremely polite to us, apologized again, and even offered us extra sauces and asked if we needed anything else! Andrew was SO nice and polite and honestly this was the best experience I’ve ever had at any restaurant, including dine-in places! Even though it was a minor mistake that I wasn’t even mad about, he made sure to make it up to me! On top of that, the food was amazing as always. We will definitely be back!

This is managed very well. I have forgot to use my app though. I know people that receive surprise rewards all the time. It's great marketing for sure and the service is great. I wish Kalamazoo would follow grand Rapids lead.

I LOVE CHICK-FIL-A! The best salad from a fast food restaurant, the classic chicken sandwich is hard to say no to. The good thing about this chain is they tend to do food right. Glad they are in Michigan now, the last time I had them was when I was stationed at For Gordon in Georgia.

Food was great, service was very friendly and the kids loved the play place. We came in at 12pm (lunch hour) and there was a Lacrosse team in line to order, we sat down to wait for the line to shrink while the kids played. It only took 10 mins for the Lacrosse team to get through the line, so I went up and ordered. It was surprisingly fast for how busy it was, and all the staff had a great attitude.
