By far one of the best additions in grand Rapids you really get to experience a little bit of everything as well as the top floor has like a green space and great seating. It’s definitely not like a super diverse place people do like stare at you funny sometimes for not being like part of the crowd but it’s definitely a younger vibe and super awesome. They have a vegan smoothie shop with different natural juices and wheat grass shots which is my top favorite
Very unique Market. State of the art for fresh fish, exquisite spices, baked goods, artisan breads, many exotic balsamic vinegar and oil blends, a sushi bar and more.... Nice relaxing atmosphere and a place to dine on the upper level. Perfect spot to visit and have a gourmet lunch and dessert if you're vacationing close to Grand Rapids! It is worth searching out!
A great place to get whatever culinary delights you are into; whatever your dietary disposition is. There are several delicious vegetarian and vegan dishes at some of the restaurants, and on the other extreme, there is a highly regarded BBQ restaurant (Slow's, originally from Detroit) within these walls too. There is a large focus on regionally-obtained materials - your food might only have had to travel just a few miles to make it to your plate. There are also event spaces, kitchens to learn your newest culinary obsession, a greenhouse, local art from area students and more.
Nice for tourists and Sunday afternoon browsing. Pop up vintage and craft sales are nice. Drinking dining options are trendy and diverse. Groceries are expensive compared to chain grocery stores.
Really relaxing place to walk around. However, prices are pretty expensive at nearly all the shops. Still a great place to go for a quick visit as parking is free for first 30 minutes. I recommend going to mad cap coffee.
