Gaia House Cafe

First time ordering Gaia ever! Lived up to the local hype! I got 4 different things just to try a little of all. The cornbread French toast and the Miso Caesar salad were PHENOMENAL. But everything was great! I ordered online and my order was ready and waiting for me but my hot items were still warm and my cold items they had kept in the fridge for me! So nice!

I'm thrilled that Gaia has opened and so conveniently located close to my residence. I swear the veggie stash is getting better each time. The veggies, rice, potatoes and cheese ratio is absolutely great and definitely improved since the first time I had the veggie stash. The Gaia cookies are amazing and looking forward to the date bars coming back. I could eat at Gaia everyday if my budget allowed for it❣

Toasttab was being weird so I called my order in, which I was very happy I did. Lady on the phone was very sweet.
I ordered the Cuban Eggs and was pleasantly surprised with the bright and spicy flavors! The rice had a great texture to it, which is important to me!
Also was stoked that it wasn't iceberg lettuce! All flavor, thanks so much. Can't wait to try more!

Veggie Hash!!!! First time in 8 years Great to have this delightful restaurant back. The food is just as good now as it was back then. Can't wait to return...

I am not a vegetarian. But this Mean Green burrito is next level delicious!
