Every time I've gone here I've had absolutely fantastic Thai food. I've picked this as my birthday dinner spot for 2 years now because it's the best Thai food I've had in GR. And both times they were kind enough to give me a free birthday dessert. The waitress and waiter recognize me now even though I've been there no more than 10 times (trust me ID be going there every week if I could). They take great care to make sure the customer has a great experience. Plus they're friendly and personable, and pretty charismatic. The restaurant makes their bone broth from scratch just like everything else. Best pho around. Family owned, authentic, delicious and fresh with a variety of great desserts to follow up your meal with. Highly recommend! (:

Have you ever walked into a restaurant and you were treated like family? The wait staff at Lai Thai will not only remember you but your food preferences. This is the best Thai in West Michigan. I have spent a bit of time in Thailand and this is the most authentic Thai food in West Michigan. The service is fabulous as is the food. Try the Papaya salad - it is amazing! It's also very authentic! Go to Lai Thai! You won't regret it.

Friendly service. Great food. Very Vegan friendly and staff great answering questions about dishes. My roommate and I drive out of our way to eat here.

We went here yesterday for our first time for dinner with some friends of ours. We ordered crab rangoons for an appetizer which was pretty tasty. My husband ordered Garlic Fried Rice with Shrimp and I ordered the Garlic Fried Rice with Chicken for dinner. WOW is all I have to say!!! Amazing food! So much flavor! You can also pick how spicy you want your food 1-10 which I was grateful for because I ordered 1 and my husband ordered 5-6. We were both amazed at how good the food was! The owner was also very nice and friendly. We will definitely be coming back again. I know this will be another place my taste buds will crave!

Started eating here because of their lunch buffet and being new to Thai food I wanted to try variety. I thoroughly enjoyed eating here and the price are very reasonable. The staff was friendly and didn't mind or act like they were bothered when you asked basic questions. Ordering from the menu was also a good experience and my family likes eating here. And they don't mind making special needs and requests. I've also order takeout and have not been disappointed.
