This is one of my favorite thai places in Grand Rapids. The place is small and well run. The menu has lots of options. I really like the Pad Thai with peanut sauce. Somehow it still tastes like Pad Thai and not just noodles in peanut sauce.
Really well prepared Thai food. Delicious apps and wonderful currys. However, the service tends to be a bit slow and when we've done take out, we usually end up waiting for the order to be finished even after we show up when they said it would be done. My recommendation is go here only when you have some time.
I had heard about the place from my friend, and I was looking forward to having a meal here. Frankly, it was an excellent Thai option if you're in Grand Rapids. The service is by quick and polite staff. I had veg. basil fried rice, spring rolls, and Thai tea. New comers must try the tea. Compared to other Thai places I have tried, this place does spice up a dish a bit more than usual.. I would not recommend making any dish above medium spicy.
I've only eaten here once but remember how nice the owner was. Therefore I have a very positive impression and experience for coming here. The food was good too, it was hot, flavorful, spicy. I just appreciate how people will reach out and get to know their customers a little better. I guess it's good for business but it also leaves a favorable impression for me.
Thai is one of our favorite cuisine. This place is nicely renovated after the fire accident. Portions are generous and price is reasonable. The only problem i have is the flavor and spice level differing each time we visit. It is either hit or miss, lacks consistency. Fried rice was the most greasy of all. Soup is kind of standard in flavor. Also the chicken sate is a must.
