We love this place. She and I especially enjoy the alley patio seating...so nice in the summer. The food is great and the service is better yet!

One Bourbon was the spot my then-boyfriend took me in Grand Rapids for our first date. Fast-forward two and a half years, and we still come here as our weekly date night as an engaged duo on a beef poutine and chicken-and-waffles diet. One Bourbon offers a phenomenal atmosphere, owners who are visible and who care, and a memorable staff. Don’t be cheap and forget to order their handmade desserts. They change weekly, but always satisfy the dessert stomach. 100 out of 10 would recommend.

Very nice establishment with a great staff. My wife and I went to this place for our anniversary dinner and we sat at the bar because we never get to with the kids. I had the burger and it was delicious. Wife had fries and thise were very good as well. Needless to say the whiskey list is impressive. Knowledgeable bartender who was very willing to answer any questions we had. Very enjoyable experience I highly recommend this restaurant.

Finally found a whiskey I love thanks to this place. Stopped in right before close and the staff was friendly and patient in spite of that. Had a few drinks up until last call. I was also here during art prize for a birthday party at a reserved table, and for a few drinks with coworkers after work-- the staff exhibited the same amount of attentiveness and professionalism in each situation. Consistently good food, drinks, and service. Higher caliber than the other bars in the area.
