Very friendly and helpful staff. Sandwiches are toasted and delicious! Lots of options for fresh toppings. Good variety of drink options as well. Our kids enjoyed the kids meals which come with applesauce and a cookie.

Good subs, soup and/or salads. You can have many flavors of shakes, malts or smoothies. Items made to order as you pick them up in line. Most topping choices free.

The staff here are really great! But the chain's sandwiches are average. The best sandwiches are on the underground menu items. In order to place an online order with the underground you have to have 50 smiles with their rewards program. I guess I'm not ordering anymore sandwiches from Potbelly.

I was in town for a comedy show and wanted to grab a bite to eat with my wife quickly so we stopped off here at Potbelly in Grand Rapids. My wife was kind of taken back by how polite the person at the window was and I was too but it's refreshing to get great customer service.

The reason for the 4 star instead of the 5 star rating was the sandwich. It wasn't bad by any means but was definitely lacking something. All and all, great experience.
