Rio Grand Steakhouse

So my girlfriend and I came here because we went originally to the start of summer celebration downtown to see a band we know outer Vibe and wanted some carne food but nothing we saw we wanted other than saying elephant ear so we looking you should have said where where would we want to go since we don't want to eat here and we both came up with the Rio Grand Steakhouse when we showed up it was probably the last two hours before closing it was nice because we were seated in the lounge area it was pretty much all to ourselves and the waitress we had was awesome she was very laid-back understood we were really in a rush and that it was the end of the night so it all worked out we enjoyed our food we had a good conversation and interaction with the waitress whose name a lad when I get a chance I got to find the receipt and we definitely will come back again that was the best date night we've had in a long time and well worth it thank you.

This place has been long standing and for good reasons. I'll go with clients or family and you're always going to get a solid meal. Portions are very nice and the staff is very friendly. The overall atmosphere hasn't changed much but very cozy and comfortable. Might be pricy for some but great steak options and sides to go with meal!

My husband and I stopped in for dinner and had a wonderful experience. The restaurant was quiet, the food was very good, and portions were large - all for a reasonable price. We will definitely be back soon!

The Rio Grand is a great place to host an event! The meeting/conference/dining room area(s) are private yet open with a nice view of the Grand River. The service is exceptional with wait staff that take great care of you. The food is good and its maintained throughout your event. I highly recommend you consider the Rio Grand for your next function.

I have been here a few times. They have great food. It is a country western theme with quiet country music playing. I haven't had food here that I didn't like. My favorite is their ribs. My last visit was on a Wednesday and I got the all-you-can-eat ribs for $18. They fall off the bone and are some of the best I've had. They have an outdoor patio with a limited view of the grand river. Service is always excellent as well. Their prices are average or just a tiny bit high some may say, but you get what you pay for. We also don't typically have to wait more than 20 minutes on a Friday or Saturday. Weekdays usually not a wait at all. They have a restaurant area and a bar area. Great for a family or to meet some friends for a beer.
