Family friendly atmosphere. The menu is simple and good quality. The servers have a great attitude. Comfort food at comfortable prices.

Have not been here in a long time . Miss the one in Portage Mi. My hot beef sandwich was very good. My husband has not been here probably in 15 yrs and he said the meal he had was just as good as he remembers them when he was there last. Had to go to Grand Rapids to go to one.

In town for a wedding and we like to try local establishments. This was a perfect choice for families. Excellent homemade food, smiley faces.

I recommend this place vs. chain anytime.

We stopped for a quick light dinner. Russ' has outstanding soups and salads that hit the spot for us this afternoon. Our waiter was Steven. He was very kind, attentive and prompt. We can recommend Russ' for great food (don't miss the desserts).

Stopped here for lunch, good choice. I tried the turkey salad, good with large portion. The others in my group tried a variety of items with no complaints. Service was good, prices are reasonable. I will return.
