    Pizza is always hot and ready - just like they say. This last time we had to wait a bit but it was only a couple of minutes. And my boys like it - so there you go.

    Arrived at 5:00 p.m. They were already " out" of the first 3 types of Pizza I tried to order. Settled for a reg pepperoni pizza. Well it is what it is. Sauce, Cheese and Pepperoni.

    Always good for crazy bread and sauce when in a hurry. I'd like the quick serve items to be piping hot though. They're almost always lukewarm at best...unless you get it straight out of the oven.

    Manager was great. I have a gift card with a small balance on it left over from a soccer party. The card doesn't want to work despite funds being on it. (We called while in store to verify finds.) He tried every option to help me out but it was beyond his knowledge. The other locations were less than helpful and didn't even try. Still haven't figured out the issue but Grandville is my new favorite location. Thanks for your excellent customer service!
