Rib eye was delicious. Hostess situation was super bad! Used the call ahead service which states..."once your entire party arrives we'll seat you". NOT! 3 of our party of 6 got there and were seated at a 4 top even after asking if there was a call ahead....told only a party of 9. I arrived and there were 5 host staff standing around the desk and was seated, waited at least 10 min. knowing 2 of my party were shortly behind me. 1 of my party texted me that they had arrived and were seated and they had already been moved twice!
If the host staff would have followed protocol we would have had a nice experience. I complained to the hostess and was not offered an apology or anything to keep my business until I practically demanded some sort of comp. It was Memorial day weekend , not busy, and there was a coupon for a free appetizer on their app. The comp I was offered...a free appetizer! Knowing I was not dealing with a professional I gave up.
Fortunately our server was very good. I would not want to return anytime soon given this lack of protocol and disappointing resolution.

Service was very fast & friendly. Our steaks came out cooked perfectly. Next time we're in the area, we'll definitely stop back!

Excellent service. The staff was perfectly accommodating when it looked like we would need more space for our party. The steak I ordered was exceptionally cooked, and the atmosphere was nice as well. Don't miss the cactus blossom and accompanying sauce!

I went for dinner and I had as good time. The bartender was quick and polite. I drink that I ordered was well made. The rolls were brought out hot and soft. The ribeye was cooked a perfect medium rare, and vegetables were also cooked perfectly. The baked potato was a huge letdown, although it was dressed correctly, the skin was hard, difficult to chew, or even cut through.

I've been to this location a lot. I've mostly had great experiences but had a few not so great ones. The food is awesome and the prices are good. They make good drinks too!! I'd leave 5 stars if they had a little bit better service.
