The cardio drumming workout is excellent! You get a great workout and it’s a lot of fun! The staff is very welcoming to everyone who walks through the door!!! The healthy shakes they make are just icing on the cake!

The owner and her staff were phenomenal and very education. Wide variety of flavors, clean atmosphere, etc. They don't treat you like just another customer walking through the door, they take the time to learn your name and get to know you. Highly recommend!
