Starbucks

Reuben is the kind of barista you want when you feed your coffee addiction. He was very friendly and personable and got my order our quickly and correctly. The store as a whole was quiet and clean and the rest of the staff seemed engaging and had great customer service. Good place to stop if you need a cold brew in the Lowell area!

I must say this location has the BEST customer service. Everyone is so nice, welcoming and polite. My order is always right and done efficiently. They really go the extra mile with customers with orders and experience.

I've been here multiple times and the staff are very friendly. There has been very few times that they've messed up an order. Sometimes me and my friends hang out here in the morning and the staff gives us free drinks.
I used to have to drive to Ada for Starbucks so this is nice having one in town. Probably not good for my wallet though.. I also recommend anyone getting the Starbuck app so you can get points and free goodies.

I cannot say enough about this great team. They are working so hard, make a great drink, and care about those in their store. Thank you to the team for your hard work. They even brought my drink to me while I was working instead of calling my name at the counter. Totally unexpected and a very kind touch. Cheers!

Friendly service is important when I go somewhere and this Starbucks is great! Fast service and delicious drinks too. Would highly recommend 🤩
