Fantastic home-style restaurant. Great service and great prices. Breakfast all day. I asked to customize a menu item and it was no problem. Made my omelette perfect! Just the right portion. Also, take advantage of the slight upcharge to substitute pancake for toast. I asked for a blueberry pancake. Delicious, fresh blueberries! Yum! This is how a blueberry pancake in MI should taste! Nice touch to bring out Frank's hot sauce with the omelette. The table had Trivial Pursuit cards - what a cute idea! If you're close to Sparta, MI, don't miss Maxine's!

1st time here. Outstanding food! Ordered the vegetarian Omlette. Wow!! Still sitting at the table as I write this. This may be the best Omlette I've had ever and I'm old! Waitress was terrific. The building itself is old and alittle beat up but that's perfect for a dinner in my opinion. Older crowd here at the moment 11am on a Thursday. My guess is it's the same crowd everyday but that's just a guess. This place is on my list officially of can't miss!

This place is great! The service is amazing, prompt, pleasant and not overbearing. The food is second only to the fantastic service. From the Country Bennie's to the Breakfast Quesadilla are stellar. One of my favorite places to grab breakfast on the weekend.

I've been there several times. I've tried several different menu items. There are a lot of choices. Each one was very good. Service was very good too. There is live music there on Wed and Fri eve. Different from your ordinary resturant and enjoyable. Will continue to go
