Culver's

No reason not to enjoy this Culver's, the service is great and the food is much higher standard than their other fast burger joints. The "worst" thing about them is they are priced higher than the cheapo fast burgers, but you get what you pay for 100% of the time here.

First time visiting went pretty bad. The lady behind the counter just rushed through customers. Didn't ask whether or not I wanted veggies and since it was my first time, I ended up with a plain burger, just a patty, cheese and buns. Finally went back after months and everything is pretty much perfect now. Great customer service, clean place and great food. Only thing they can improve is set up stanchions to help form a neater line so people don't confuse the bathroom line for the order one.

A very clean restaurant and courteous staff. The quality of food here is high for fast food. Hand servers deliver your order to your seat. I was recently here for a fundraiser my school was hosting with Culver's. The employee taking my order helped me customize my sandwich to ensure I was getting exactly what I wanted. I will be returning, my experience here was amazing.

Common thing with this particular Culver's...they always always always forget a condiment or side...every time I order. Today I checked the bag to make sure the cocktail sauce was there for my husband's shrimp. Yep. I did not, however, make sure the marinara for my cheese curds was there, and of course it wasn't. Why oh why? This isn't rocket science and they do the same thing day in and day out. It's a shame because I love their food. It should be a given that the order is complete. I should not have to check the order when they bring it to me. I understand an occasional mistake, I don't expect perfection. I worked in fast food for over 5 years, so I know it is a hard job. But come on, it's your job, please do it right.

I don't have Culver's in Reno, NV. This was my first visit. I got the two-piece cod dinner. The fish was excellent, the fries were good, and the mashed potatoes were so so. Fast service. I will definitely come back.
