Fresh Coast Kitchen

I thought Fresh Coast Kitchen was going to be a gimmick at first. You know how company's say their "fresh" but you can still taste the preparation from a few days ago? This is not the case with Fresh Coast, vivid and crunchy salads, beautiful soft and chewy sub buns, and a thin crust pizza that will make a cracker say "awe, snap!". Fresh Coast Kitchen is truly fresh, and I love the way the whole menu names are tied to our beautiful state; which makes for great conversation starters when ordering with friends. Prices are a bit steep, but know that you are getting great quality and helping out a fellow Michigander entrapeanure achieve their dreams! Now, order and go eat... You won't be disappointed!

We ate here about 2 months ago but I failed to write a review at that time. I remember it well because the food and service was excellent. We only went here based on a quick Google search for food in the area but it will definitely get my repeat business when I am in the area. My mother lives nearby so I hope to be near here often.

Oh man. Every time I go I order an extra sandwich to go because I know I'll regret having nothing left over later. All the food is named after local places or famous people. It's all excellent. The menu is big enough to have something for everyone, without being too big. They accommodate vegan and gluten free diets, which is most excellent. The staff is friendly and fun. And the restaurant participates in local fundraisers. Also they do catering.

It just may be the best place to get a high quality sub in Grand Rapids. Their ingredients are top quality and the owner still makes sandwiches for his customers. He has a lot of enthusiasm and is genuinely excited to provide a high quality product. Try "The Ada". Ask for your bread to be toasted too.
