    Something wasn't going right in the kitchen at Steak n Shake that day.

    A Family/Customers were very disappointed in their food quality service.

    And they were A little slower than normal.
    (Alot More or Less)

    But my food was pretty decent I got served my shake first specifically before my main Entree but no big deal really.

    Hopefully that doesn't happen too often though for there poor service for everybody else??

    But I don't go there much.

    Look, it's a steak n shake. The service is fine but not great. The food is fine but not great. It's fine, everything is fine. Middle of the road, unremarkable. I'm not trying to knock it but, eh. I was there when it wasn't too crowded, lots of wait staff standing around visibly doing nothing. Not squeaky clean, not dirty, just fine.
