    Tim Hortons coffee is very good. Not bitter like a lot of places. However, I ordered a bagel on two separate occasions and got two very different ones. The first one was just right. Just a thin layer of cream cheese. The second one had a very thick coating (I mean THICK), which I had to scrape most off. They should train for a more consistent product instead of letting the employees make it how they want.
