Tokyo Buffet & Grill

The renovation + all the new vibes have been well worth it here. It's our favorite spot for delicious food + sushi, the staff is attentive especially for a buffet, + the selection is amazing! I've taken several people here for food + it always goes over well 😄 Highly recommend checking it out!

I’m kinda glad that this place is under new ownership. My family knew the previous owner and his son. My dad used to partner with the previous owners son to open up our own restaurant, that was before he embezzled money from the business and went into hiding from the law.

But anyways, I ordered here for the first time in years after that experience and I have to say the quality of food has definitely improved. I haven’t tried the sushi yet but the foods I did try was good. I haven’t dined in yet, but the atmosphere when you walk in is very inviting. Much cleaner than the last ownership. Hopefully it all stays the same in the long run.

The service and environment are great here and the employees are all very friendly. The one big down side at this buffet is that it is $16.99 per adult and drinks are $2.29 each. The food is nothing to brag about as it is about the same as any other "oriental" buffet. So going back for seconds or more of anything is a challenge as you do not desire much else after the first round and the food seems sweet tasting so even if you did try to make your dollars worth it your stomach will be paying the price for it if you did not come prepared with an antacid. There is a hibachi grill at this location with fresh meat and a small assortment of veggies and things which I did not attempt after the first plate but it likely will turn out better and more flavorful than any other item on the buffet so I would recommend starting there first. The hard work of the kitchen staff and front of house is not unnoticed but the management/owner could do some more research into more authentic tasting dishes instead of serving what you can get anywhere else for what is probably half the price.

Everyone was super friendly. This is by far the prettiest interior of a Chinese buffet I’ve ever been to. The food was good and the restaurant was clean. Pricing was very reasonable. I will definitely eat here again!

The food was amazing! Hibachi was amazing! The service was even better! Great selection of food! Everyone working there made my family and I very happy and comfortable to be around! Thank you for being above and beyond! I never leave reviews btw so if you have not eaten here your missing out! Side note, very affordable as well.
