BAR RESCUE series in person. First the good. The food was good no complaints. Lots of options and some polish dishes. The bad. It was dirty. The waitstaff was very short with everyone. The waitstaff did "shift shots and team building" when some clocked out others continued to work and get angry. The bartender and "15 year old" cook got into an argument in front of the entire place. People at the bar used the f word consistantly. Bartender dropped glass on kid. Dirty with fruit flies. The kitchen floor had toweling and pop cans on it. I addressed these concerns with staff and everyone said its the norm. So I don't know....truely felt like I was on bar rescue series. 3 stars because the food was good.

The place was understaffed and the service was very slow. We were there for over two hours. The food was so bad I will never go back there again. I ordered a patty melt. It was a $9 sandwich. I got a half sandwich with soggy rye bread. The hamburger tasted like it had been soaked in some kind of onion broth. The onions on the burger were fished out of the French onion soup. The chips that were served with the burger tasted like potato chips that had been put into the deep fryer. My sister ordered a taco salad that she did not eat. The meat was mealy and barely warm. The food was overpriced for what you got and it tasted terrible. We should have been paid to eat that food.

This is a down home cooking bar / restaurant. The food is absolutely great and have some interesting choices on the menu. We definitely will return the next time I go to Baldwin.

This is a nice place to eat and have a couple of drinks, but it is pretty far north of town in Baldwin, so traveling is a no-no with having drinks. The staff and owner are wonderful though. The food is great. A very different menu here. Not your every day pub food. And portions are huge !!
