Burger King

I went through the drive through and they got my order wrong okay, that was a little Annoying and I had to go in and get the right order. But as I waited at the counter to let the cashier know I got the wrong order, I watched the manager a heavy set dark-haired lady, lose her patience with the drive-thru employee. I know they were swamped , but instead of going over and helping her figure the orders out or maybe even coming over to me to figure out what I needed she sat there and reprimanded her in front of everyone, I think I was more anngry about the fact that she was too busy reprimanding her employee, she didn't jump in to help figure everything out and try to smooth things over, I mean if you're overwhelmed and screaming at your employees how do you think your employees are going to be. Some people are just not meant to be managers hey, its food it's not life and death. Take a break figure everything out life moves on. And customer sure don't want to see that.

Hot burgers and onion rings at 2 in the morning is impressive for fast food in my book. Good job BK!

Honestly if you've been one Burger King you've been to them all. The location in Lapeer has excellent service and speed and they tend to get my order right. The crew is usually very friendly and appreciative of the customers. It's at a very excellent location on US 24 just north of I-69. Be careful though sometimes turning out of this location can be very dangerous especially during lunch or evening traffic.
