White Horse Inn

Went here for the first time this weekend, the history and interior decor was the best part. The food was just 'okay'. Would love to participate in a tour or something that gives a little bit more history of the building. Was not very busy for a sunday so the food came out quickly.

I've been to the White Horse Inn many times over the last 15 to 20 years. I enjoy it every time. I love the decor, especially the floor. Good food, large portions, wonderful ambience, terrific staff. What's not to love?

Loved this place. First, the building was very scenic and historic being built in the late 1800s as a hotel and restaurant. It was renovated in 2014 and some of the old building was saved. Very cool. Shout out to Craig for the cool ghost stories about the original family seen haunting the restaurant regularly. Second, the food was fantastic. Great menu and great drink choices for a restaurant in a quaint town. Also visit the White Horse Inn general store across the street when you're done eating.

This is a very old and historic restaurant. We had a large group with us, as we went following my niece's first communion. They had no problem accommodating us. The food was not amazing, or at least it did not stand out to me as being particularly great, but it was good. It wouldn't be my first choice when trying to decide where to go for dinner, but at the same time, if someone else chose it as a dinner destination, I would not be disappointed or hesitant to dine there again.

We have a great experience on Thursday night! My husband didn’t care for one small thing. They gave him good bread and warm cookies to take home. The server was top notch! We love this place ♥️
