    Normally I have had a great experience at our Adrian Tim Hortons. Lately my favorite drink, the Americano, has been prepared incorrectly a few times. Staff always fix it with a smile. I also love the omelet bites. Recently I had an unfortunate experiece at the drive thru in which the young male staff person had diffuculty scanning my phone. Sadly neither of us handled the situation well. I regret getting angry with what I felt was his rudeness when I asked for someone else to scan my phone. I could have handled my self much better and for that I do apologize. I will return as I love my favorite drink.

    Love Tim Hortons but my last visit they were out of straws????????
