We had a carryout dinner last week and it was not quite what we hoped (small amount of food for the brisket for two). I called the next day and bbq Mike graciously offered to come back and see him. Mike made our dinner for 2 again, added corn bread and sent me on my way. Best response I've EVER had as a customer in the food business. He has our grateful loyalty when we need a Q fix. If such a simple thing as coleslaw could be done any better...so good...homemade and tastes like it, and the brisket grilled cheese...

We stopped in today, on St. Patrick's Day, and we enjoyed everything we tried: corned beef, cabbage, and mashed potatoes! The food was terrific, but talking to the owners, you can tell their passion for great food and sense of ensuring their customers are treated right. My daughter wasn't sure about corned beef, and they trimmed it up and gave her pieces she would like. We will return for more as I want to try the Biscuits and Gravy!
