    A good sub shop. I prefer tubbys over subway any day. They have great subs. Their Italian is great as well as their steak and cheese. Never disappointed when I eat here.

    Excellent $5 grilled subs—outstanding! But prepare for an upsell. If you're looking for a $5 lunch, you have other options in this neighborhood such as the Chinese carry-out nearby.
