(July 24, 2020, 9:40 pm)The staff was so absorbed with the drive thru they didn't see I had walked up for my mobile order. I stood there uncomfortably for several minutes waiting for my drink which I could see was already don't, just out of my reach because of the changes for COVID.

(September 28, 2019, 10:58 am)I've never had a bad experience here. The baristas are super genuine and truly care about their community! If you have questions about a menu item, they are always prepared to answer them. Wait times are also incredibly minimal considering how busy this location is at peak times. Also, their Insta is so much fun to follow and really educates everyone about new products and coffee pairings.
