Applebee's Grill + Bar

After a long hiatus we have recently ate here a couple of times. I really loved their brisket tacos and tried the nachos which were really good. Want to try their fajitas next. They are back in our regular restaurant rotation. Great food, just wish they served coke products.

My wife and I had dinner there. What I ordered was very good but while eating it I discovered a problem with my food and when the waitress came by I told her about it. To my surprise she was very understanding and left. She came back and ask me if I would like a replacement or something else which was fair. I decided to get the same thing but got it to go. My wife and I then ordered desert. Awhile later, the manager came up and apologized for what had happened and told us the to go order would be out soon along with our desert. We ate our desert, which was very good and ask for our bill. The waitress came back and gave us our bill. Needless to say we were surprised and though it wasn't necessary, quite surprised. The waitress,( Ashley) and the manager, (Sarah) were very nice and understanding of the problem and through their efforts and kindness in remedying this situation both my wife and I left pleasantly surprised and honestly, blown away by it all. Can't say enough about those two other than we'll be back because we know they're striving to give the customer the best possible service and dining experience possible. Thank you Sarah and Ashley.

Service was amazing! Madie (our server) was super friendly and attentive! Food was delicious (as always) and drinks were great! I love how affordable everything is, and the variety offered. Never disappointed when I go here!

Burger was great.
Tomato Basil Soup & Chicken Caesar Salad was good.
The chicken balsamic strawberry salad was marginal at best. The chicken was great. The salad was huge chunks of iceberg lettuce stems. It was saturated in the dressing so that there was a pool in the bowl. It was very disappointing.

Good atmosphere and service.

Waiter took forever to bring my drink (strawberry lemonade). When he finally did it was just lemonade. Then Took forever to bring the right one. Overall service wasn't so good. Ordered the pasta with prime rib and mushroom sauce. Smelled like dog food.
