Electric Ramen

Should be 10 stars. I was there today. Mango Duck? 🔥 try it with rice noodles. Do you have food allergies? These guys can make it work for you. You literally watch them make your food in front of you if you care to watch. Didn't notice a microwave used at anytime.

The food is great and the service went above and beyond. Our two young boys have allergies and the cook bent over backwards to take care of them. Highly recommend!

So. Delicious. I know what you're thinking, "A ramen shop in Howell?" Believe me - the food is so amazing and we don't have to drive to Ann Arbor or Detroit to find it!! I had the Japanese 7 Spice shrimp (not spicy - just seasoned), which comes in a wonderfully smooth, creamy, lemony-coconut broth. The husband had the smoked peanut chicken, and asked for it extra spicy. He loved it. Don't let the menu intimidate you; anything can be customized. You can literally have noodles and chicken in broth if you like, plus, they have a menu for kids. We will absolutely be back!

Went there Friday pm for takeout. Ordered 8 or 9 half bowls for a few of to try. Everyone found a few that they loved. I liked the pork and the beef. Pork was so good had to have seconds. Adding the spicy nut mix was crazy good. Added a little spice but a lot of flavor. Really odd that the place is closed for lunch. This would be a regular for sure if it was open.
