“We were driving by and seen the sign so we decided to try. They are only open on Fridays at this time so it was a happy accident. My husband and I ordered the platter pit master to split. It was a good portion of food. Chicken wings- great smoke flavor and tender, got them naked with sauce on the side. Ribs- great smoke ring and flavor, tender cooked wonderful. Brisket- fall apart tender great smoke flavor. Pulled pork- a little dry and lacked seasoning. Mac and cheese- nothing to write home about flavor wise. Corn bread- taste was great but very crumbling. Pit beans- awesome flavor definitely worth trying. All in all service was fantastic and food was good and we will be back and hopefully see them on the food truck circuit!!”
